Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item you can return it for a refund (excluding ALL postage costs) within 14 days but it MUST be returned with all the original packaging UNOPENED and SEALS NOT BROKEN and in a saleable condition.
In the event the item arrives damaged the you must notify us within 3 day of receiving the item with photos showing the damage and of the packaging it was sent it. The item and all the packaging must be retained by you as we may need it to make a claim with the carrier.
Depending on the item you purchased we may need it back, if this is the case and depending on the size of the item we may ask you to return it and once it is back with us we will refund all reasonable postage cost back to you. We suggest you send it back using a tracking service like Royal Mail Signed For as without this we can not refund you the cost of the item or return postage cost.
For larger or valuable items we will book a return postage label with our courier and forward it on to you.
Please note you a fully responsible for packing the item so it does not get damaged and that if you use a none trackable postal service and the item is lost or damaged then you must make a claim with the carrier you used, as only the sender can make a claim.
