All payments must be paid within 3 days of purchase ( unless otherwise arranged with us ) for both UK & international buyers.

POSTING TIME

Most orders are posted within 1 working day of funds being cleared
( Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays )

Once your item has been posted a message will be sent to you with the tracking number ( if applicable ) this email may end up in your spam / junk email folder so please do check.

COMBINED POSTAGE

Save on postage when you buy 2 or more items and pay for them on ONE invoice. Once you have bought the items please request a combined postage invoice before completing checkout & paying for them.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with an item you can return it for a refund (excluding ALL postage costs) within 14 days but it MUST be returned with all the original packaging UNOPENED and SEALS NOT BROKEN

If the event that the item is faulty or incorrect a refund of your return postage will be given, but this MUST be agreed with us before returning the item.
You must notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the item that you are returning it and get a returns number as without this number your refund will be delayed.
